In the event that snow or inclement weather forces us to cancel an event, we will post the cancelation notice on this website. Notices will be posted at the top of the announcements section in the Home page and on the Events Calendar. See samples below.

In addition cancelations will be listed on ABC Cannel 7 and News Channel 8.  We will also send out a broadcast email to the subscribers of our events newsletter (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Saturdays, Tuesday classes, and Blue Moon Milonga events only). If you have not subscribed to one or more of our event newsletters, you may click here to subscribe. 

The historic schoolhouse building has gravel base parking lots on both sides of the building. We can not plow the snow off the parking lots because the snow plow blades push the gravel into piles along with the snow. It’s possible that there will be snow on the parking lots up to a week after a major snow storm. In case this becomes a problem for one of the scheduled events, we have made arrangements with the adjacent property owners to allow parking on their asphalt lots.
